Reminder
The Conservation Week find-a-word competition which appeared on this page last week has already brought in quite a few entries; but you still have up to next Monday, July 28, for them to reach “Tikumu,” C/- “The Press,” P.O. Box 1005, Christchurch. The competition is to find as many words as possible (of four letters or more) from the letters that spell “conservation.” As many as 300 words are listed in some of the entries opened so far; but dq not worry if you are young and cannot find that many, because there will be prizes for various age groups.
