Biggest test blast?
PA Wellington France plans to end its present programme of nuclear tests this week with the biggest blast of the series, according to the Greenpeace organisation. A spokesman for Greenpeace, Mr M. Taylor, said he feared another large test might cause a tsunami similar to the wave that swept part of Mu-
ruroa Atoll in the Tuamotu achipelago last July: “Several requests by the New Zealand Government for hard information about the July incident have been ignored by the French,” Mr Taylor, said.
