NZPA New. York: A spokesman for “Access,” a committee for equality in sports, has an-' nounced a campaign to stop Americans and South Africans from playing together in American professional golf tournaments. Access hopes to force the cancellation of the Eisenhower Golf tournament set
for October 3 to 6 in Pinehurst, North Carolina. i The spokesman also said yesterday that the committee had written to President Carter asking him to turn down the visa requests of South African golfers. Five or six South Africans, among them Bobby Cole and Gary Player, play regularly on the American tour. .
