Adamson charge
A young Turkana ’ tribesman, accused of killing the wildlife conservationist Joy Adamson in January, has been committed to the Kenyan High Court to stand trial on charges of murder. Ekai Nakware, aged 22, was committed for trial after a preliminary inquiry at Nyeri. The Nyerei senior resident magistrate (Mr Towett Arap Aswnai said that he found the evidence put forward by the prosecution “sufficient grounds of sending the accused to stand for trial for the offence he is charged with.” — Nairobi.
