Taieri no worse
PA Dunedin Otago was lashed by heavy rain in bitterly cold temperatures at the weekend but reports indicated that there had been no significant deterioration in those parts of the Taieri Plain worst hit by the recent floods. Snow closed the Te Anau-Milford Road last night, and vehicles on the Hasst Pass required chains.
