Penfolds lets Cooks go
PA Auckland Penfolds Wines (N.Z.), Ltd, has sold its stake in Cooks NZ Wine Company, Ltd, thus ending its apparent attempt to put the two companies together. Most of the shares, amounting to more than 250,000 or 6 per cent, have gone to the major shareholder in Cooks, Transvision; Holdings. Ltd. This has taken Transvision to the 30 per .cent holding; for which it has approval) from the Commerce Coni-i [mission. The balance of .Tel shares have gone to some) individual investors.
The biggest shareholdet after Transvision is the A.M..P Society-'with about 5 per cent.
