Canterbury brilliant in trophy defence
The Canterbury indoor bowls team recorded an excellent win over North Otago, 82-14, in its fourth defence of the A. S. Raterson trophy in Christchurch on Saturday.
The North Otago players performed quite well individually, but were no match for Canterbury in the higher scoririg teariis’ events. Results (Canterbury names first):— Singles.—First round: A.
