Repayment of the said loan and interest thereon shall be secured by an annual recurring special rate of 0.0000121 cents in the dollar on the (capital value of all rateable property in the County. • NOTE: The repayment of ithe above loan is not (intended to be a charge on (County rates but will be secured by first mortgages (over the properties on which advances are made. It is also notified that a poll of ratepayers Is required to be (taken If 15 per cent of the i ratepayers of the County so i demand in writing to" the undersigned.
