The Contracts Division Manager is sought, who will be responsible for all contract activity and the supervision of Field Managers. Duties will include: £* Developing business. Tendering and administration. •'y Job planning and progress. Overseeing safety, training and equipment maintenance programmes. =3 Budgeting and controlling expenditures for a profitable performance. The successful applicant must he a qualified Civil Engineer, with approximately 10 years experience in roading design, construction, rehabilitation and maintenance. Knowledge of associated equipment and plant capabilities is required. The person we seek will possess leadership and marketing skills, developed through four to five years in construction man-ager-'nt and administration.
