Golf against the odds
NZPA Alfreton Jennie Thomson holed-in-one on the 95m fifteenth hole at the Alfreton, Derbyshire, course less than an hour after her 17-year-old solan, had aced the same hole. A London bookmaking firm estimated the odds against such a double at more than a million to one.
