Rumours of exit
Although the news of a bug-out — quick getaway — is just a rumour, many in the M.A.S.H. camp are inclined to believe that something is about to happen in the second part of “Bug-Out” screening on Television Two tomorrow. The men will not continue building the latrine since they believe they will soon be moving. Colonel Potter calls everyone together and assures them that if General Hamilton says there will be no bugout, they can believe it. Radar then hands him a declaration that M.A.S.H. 4077 will be bugging out in three hours.
Hawkeye, BJ., and Hotlips are in the middle of critical surgery and cannot leave. The rest of the camp is being disassembled as the Chinese apparently move in. Alan Alda starrs as Hawkeye with Mike Farrell as B. J.; Harry Morgan as Colonel Potter; Loretta Swit as Hotlips; Gary Burghoff as Radar; Larry Linville as Major Frank Bums; and Jamie Farr as Klinger in this repeat series.
