S.C. exam, change?
PA Wellington Deaf children and other handicapped young people may soon be allowed extra time in which to read School Certificate papers before the examination. The Minister of Education (Mr Wellington) told Parliament yesterday that the School Certificate Board would discuss extra assistance to handicapped people in the next few days.
