.NZPA-Reuter Baden-Baden.' West Germany! The British athlete, Sebas-j tian Coe, yesterday received' the International Sports Writers’ Association (A.1.P.5.) award as the 1979 sportsman of the year in a ceremony at Baden-Baden, West Germany.
J The East German track {star, Marita Koch, won the award for the top woman i athlete and the , Soviet ice hockey squad the team award. Coe set world middle-dis-tance track records for the , 1500 metres, 800 metres and one mile last year. .
