THE APPLICANTS: Either holding or having experience that will enable them to qualify for Ministry-of Transport Certificates of Competency — Boiler Attendant, 2nd or Ist Class Stationary Engine Drivers Certificates, Third Marine Certificate — or have served a mechanical fitting apprenticeship or experience in .the operation or maintenance of heavy rotating plant of marine engineering. > .
