Property Market
A 27-hectare lai Tapu cropping and fattening property was passed in at auction yesterday at its 1977 Government valuation of $95,000. The farm is 3km from Tai Tapu and 21km from Christchurch on the Lincoln-Tai Tapu Road, and includes an older style three bedroom house. It was auctioned by Mr G. Robertson, of Wrightson NMA (Christchurch), for the Helen E. McLean Estate. Negotiations are continuing.
