Myttons buys Mirra group
Myttons, ' Ltd, the ■ Mel-bourne-based Bristile, Ltd, subsidiary with operations in Auckland and Christchurch, .has purchased for more than SAust2 million the privately-owned Mirra group of companies, of Victoria. The Mirra group operates from Bunaoora where it has large manufacturing premises and property, and tradesj in all states of Australia. The directors of Bristile, Ltd. said that the purchase of the Mirra group of companies, the Melbourne-based manufacturer of a wide range of stainless steel sinks, wash troughs, and related products, took place at the end of April. The acquisition strengthens the Bristile participation in the market with an additional product range, and offered benefits through the . increase in manufacturing , capacity, the directors said.
