Visit to China
PA Wellington Two representatives of the Standards Association of New Zealand will pay a two-week visit to China this month. During the visit, which is at the invitation of the China Association for Standardisation, Messrs K. R. Trevalyan and J. N. Laird will gather information for the preparatin of
a guidebook for exporters. The guidebook will inform exporters interested in the Chinese market about Chinese standards and such regulations as building and electrical codes. Messrs Laird and Trevalyan will also attend the seventh Pacific Area Standards Congress in Hong Kong.
