Town Planning ; wFwr I Town & Country Pfenning Act 1977 County of Waimairi District Stheme I SUMMARY OF REQUESTS RECEIVED FOR ALTERATIONS TO CHANGES No.’s 27, 28 AND 30 THE COUNCIL HEREBY ADVISES that submissions and objections concerning the above changes have been deposited at the County Office, corner Jeffreys and Clyde Roads and are available for inspection during normal office hours. Any body or person affected or representing some relevant aspect of the public interest may support or oppose any of the objections or submissions received. Notices in support of or opposition to objections or submissions shall be in writing on Form D as prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1978 or to the like effect and shall be. lodged at the office of the Council not later than 4 p.m. on Friday, June 6, 1980. Every person or body giving such notice shall within 14 days after giving notice to the Council, serve a copy of the notice on any objector affected. , Copies of Form D are available at the County Office.
