My Binnie’s last race
} A Wellington The class mare My Bihnie has finished, racing. Her Taranaki owner, Mr Allan Kofoed, announced the horse's retirement at Trentham on Saturday. He noted My Binnie suffered a minor fetlock injury recently.- Although it
was not serious, he has decided not to take any risks with her. By My Call from the Castle Donnington mare Gala Dee, My Binnie started 49 times for 12 wins, 19 placings and $67,850 in stakes, A Trentham specialist, she won six times on the
s track, including a Cuddle Stakes. Among her other wins were the Rotorua Trave- : lodge Stakes, the Taranaki Stakes and the Wa- , nganui Stakes. Mr Kofoed said he is undecided whether to send . the mare to stud or sell > her.
