Shareholder discount
The Haywrights shareholder discount scheme will continue, as promised in the take-over offer documents, and will shortly be extended to all shareholders of Fanners with 100 or more ordinary shares. .
The chairman (Mr H. W. Revell) says in the half-yearly report that this shareholder advantage is paid annually by cheque, and relates to business transacted with the retail stores by charge account. Full details of the scheme will be announced shortly, Mr Revell says.
