Allotment
Canterbury Farmers’ Cooperative Association, Ltd, has allotted 71,429 ordinary shares of 100 c each to Peninsula Fisheries, Ltd, as consideration for the purchase of their 40 per cent interest in Chatham and Feron, Ltd 1 , These shares have been purchased by the wholly-owned subsidiary, Feron Seafoods, Ltd, which now owns all the shares in Chatham and Feron, Ltd.
