(iii) The restriction under Rule 17 (a) (ii) to no more than two operations per year Is to be dropped and the benefit payable increased. (iv) Rule 17 (a) (ix) (relating to oral surgery) is to be amended so that referral from a doctor is no longer required, and the type of cover offered is clarified.
