Honda CB250 single
A hew Honda inder roadster is expected to reach the New Zealand market later this year. It is the CB2SORS fourstroke, which is powered by an engine very similar to that in the XL2SOS trail bike. Twin exhausts are fitted
to take advantage of the four-valve breathing characteristics. It is expected to be cheaper than its twin-cylinder stablemate, the C8250N. Few details are available. However, maximum power of 25 b.h.p. at 8500
r.p.m. is claimed. It has a maximum speed of 150km/h and can cover 400 m in 15s from a standing start. The weight is 126 kg. A very low fuel consumption is said to be one of its strong points.
