Timber
McVicar Timber Group Limited will be promoting the use of beech timbers at “Fencing for the 1980 s” with special emphasis on Red Fusca Beech. This New Zealand native hardwood is used as a fanners’ timber for sheep and cattle yard fencing. Red Fusca is ideal for big strainer posts, gate posts and for all general purposes. The McVicar’s company is extensively involved both in the cutting of this native timber and its uses.
