The recent issue of registered first debenture stock by Smiths City Market Finance, Ltd, has closed fully subscribed. A total of $1 million was received, being th> issue of $750,000 plus oversubscriptions of i $250,000. The company has filed a new prospectus for a further $750,000 (with the right to accept oversubscriptions of $250,000) of registered first debenture stock ranking equal in all respects with previous issues. The highest interest rate! is 15 per cent per annum on) three, four, and five-year maturities.
