Town clerk officers
PA Rotorua The executive officers of the New Zealand Institute of Town Clerks and Municipal Treasurers were elected unopposed at the Institute’s annual meeting at Rotorua. Elected as president was 1/lr C. G. Marchant, the City Manager dr Tauranga. The general manager and Town Clerk of Christchurch, Mr J. H. Gray, was elected as a vice president. The Christchurch City Treasurer, Mr F. M. Sowden, was elected honorary auditor.
