University Union facilities

The facilities available for conferences and other activities in the University of Canterbury Students’ Union Building are student facilities and as such are (aider . the control of the Students’ Association. With the agreement of the association, the facilities are made available to. non-university groups when students are not using them. The facilities are generally only available ■to outside groups, during vacations and at week-ends. . However, bookings at other times are possible bn application if the areas are not being used by students.
