NZPA Melbourne Ansett transport industries, suffered a marginal profit fall of sAust36o,ooo to $11.6M in the six months to December 29, despite a 16 per cent increase in turnover to $346. IM. -- The directors have not declared an interim dividend — 5c a share was paid previously. The shares in A.T.I. not owned by News, Ltd, or T.N.T. are subject to a takeover offer by T.N.T., which has been extended till the end of May. __
