United States would “undoubtedly” argue that New , Zealanders should claim in ' their own courts. He said his firm was preparing and researching argument to oppose Dow’s contentions. Mr Cavin said a detailed questionnaire was being prepared in the United States which would soon be sent to New Zealanders who believed they were affected by the herbicide 2,4,5-T.
