NZPA-Reuter San Francisco Tracy Austin yesterday became the No. 1 women's tennis player in the world in the computerised rankings of] the women's Tennis Associ-] ation (W.T.A.). j The Rolling Hills, California, high school student moved ahead of Martina Navratilova into the top spot. At 17, Miss Austin is I the youngest player ever to' be rated No. 1 by the W.T.A.
