As a first step, the Commission requests any persons or organiastions who mby wish to apply to be a party to the inquiry, in terms of Section 14, to notify the Executive Officer of the Commission of this in writing by 4 p.m., on Wednesday, May 1, 1980. This notification to give reasons in support of the application and to indicate whether the applicant supports or is opposed to the removal of price control. 5.
