A fourth beauty this week
Helen Holmes makes a guest appearance on “Beauty and the Beast’’ this week on TVI. She joins the regulars, Jean McLean, Cath Tizard and Valerie Scott. Mrs Holmes, the compiler and presenter of the
radio programme, “The , Arts of New Zealand,” has had a long association with the arts and broadcasting. She is a past director of the Christchurch Arts Festival, has served on the Southern Regional Arts Council, and has spent 12
years acting in amateur theatre. Her broadcasting experience includes eight years of fronting and reporting for “Town and Around” in Christchurch. Her particular interests are in education.
