Whitcoulls wins two awards
Two locally-printed jobs by Whitcoulls ■ have won national awards and will be shown at the international printing exhibition “Print 80” in Chicago this month. Both were completed by Whitcoulls, Ltd, Colombo Street. The factory won the Kinleith Graphic Arts Award for four colour process print-
ing work •on any material, with a frozen meat carton produced for a Hokitika firm. The firm also won the hard - covered publication section of the Kinleith Awards list with the H. Budden volume “Bulbous Flowens,” a reprint of a volume originally prepared and bound in the 1880 s.
