Grants had totalled about SI 16,000. ! The full assembly of the Olympic Federation will vote during a meeting in Melbourne, on April 19 and 20, whether to heed the boycott call by the Prime Minister, Malcolm Fraser, in protest against Russian intervention in Afghanistan. The powerful athletics and swimming organisations have already decided to vote in favour of going to Moscow.
