James Hardie Industries, Ltd. has acquired from BF Goodrich Chemical, Ltd, that company’s 20 per cent interest in the issued capital of Hardie Extrusions Pty, Ltd, making Hardie Extrusions a wholly-owned subsidiary of James Hardie Industries. James Hardie Industries has relinquished, in favour of BF Goodrich Australia, Ltd, its 20 per cent interest in the issued capital of BF Goodrich Chemical.
