Jennings Industries, Ltd, has acquired all the issued capital in Chemline Pty, Ltd, which manufactures reinforced storage tanks. The takeover further ex* panded the group’s interest in plastic products. Chemline had emerged as one of the leaders in its field during the past 10 years. No price for the deal was disclosed.
