Sailors punished
Malaysia has dismissed 37 sailors from its navy ever the alleged rape of Vietnamese women refugees last year, sources have said in kuala Lumpur. They were dismissed for misconduct after a special meeting of the Armed Forces Council, the highest military authority, composed of army, navy, and air force generals. Vietnamese women lodged complaints of rape when they arrived in Singapore on the French hospital ship He de Lumiere. — Kuala Lumpur.
