Fellow elected
NZPA London A New Zealand obstetrics expert, Professor Graham Liggins, has been elected a Fellow of the Royal Society. He is professor of obstetrics , and gynaecological endocrinology at the Auckland University Medical-School.
Professor Liggins ?'was “distinguished for his 1 work on the role of foetal hormones in the control of parturition (childbirth),”- the society said. ■
