IN ACCORDANCE with Section 35 of the Noxious Plants Act, 1978, the Paparua District Noxious Plants Authority has drawn up a programme and policy to be implemented throughout its district. The programme and policy can be viewed at the Paparua County Council Office, 149 Main South Road, Sockburn, between the hours of 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., Monday to Friday. The public are invited to comment on or object to the district programme until April 11, 1980, in accordance with section 36 of the Noxious Plants Act, 1978. The object of the Scholarship is the advancement of education and knowledge in the academic and practical fields of forest establishment, forest maintenance and utilisation, ancillary and • - related services.
