That during the outdoor season (September 1, to April 30) the hours on club competition evenings about 20 in the season) be extended to 10 p.m. instead of 9 p.m. as at present. 3. That on gala days and like organised tournaments the licenced hours commence half an hour before play commences. At present the licenced hours may commence at 9 a.m. or half an hour before the commencement of play whichever is the later.
