Survey on fish
Four hundred Christchurch families will be interviewed next month about their tastes in -fish. The interview's will be done by 30 senior economics students from Lincoln College as part of a survey commissioned by the Fishing Industry Board. The 400 families,"children included, will be asked about their favourite types
of.fish, buying and prices, and their attitudes to fish as an alternative food to meat. “The survey should provide useful background information for the board in the fields of domestic marketing and promotions,” said Mr R. Brodie, a lecturer in marketing in the economics department at Lincoln College.
