Rheem 1:3 bonus
The directors of Rheem New Zealand, Ltd, containers manufacturer plan to make a bonus issue of shares, on the basis of one share for every three held. The new shares, to be issued to shareholders on the register on May 2, will be fully paid-up from existing asset
revaluation reserves, and will rank equally with existing shares for dividend purposes. A meeting of shareholders will be called for April 29 to ratify the issue, and to increase the authorised capital to $4 million.
