In the latest incident. Mrs Denise Matthews claimed that Mrs Dyson had looked ■ through her front window, and had climbed a fence
I covered with wire netting] land a rose bush. - ; ] In Mrs Dyson’s defence., 'her solicitor, Mr John Deariden, said her life had been; | torture because of her court 1 ! appearances. ' i “The prosecution has been] jntore in the nature of per- • sedition,” be said. ] “She doesn't intend any harm, and most of the neighbours know her well. It is high time that they ignored the face at the window.” The Magistrates found the case proved, and bound Mrs Dyson over to be of good behaviour in the sum of $350.
