Available for all purposes to private residences, libraries, schools, publiclv owned halls, lodges, sports clubs, Plunket and rest homes, churches .and church halls, hobby pottery kilns up to and including 6kW per phase provided that storage water heaters of over 12 gallons capacity and storage type space heating of over 4kW capacity are controlled off-peak by the Board. Fishing huts and . . holiday baches must take supply for not less’ than 7 consecutive months in each year. - Supply charge $3.03 for each service separately metered plus all units at 3.771 c. A.2 (Billing Code S)—HEAT STORAGE RANGES. 2.736 c per unit. (This rate is available only in conjunction with at least one of rates A.l or A. 3.) • - . ' A. (Billing Code. 6). Applicable to any shop. a neon sign, office, hotel, motel, privately owned hall, theatre, boarding house, consulting room, surgery and any other installation not covered in this schedule. Where commercial premises and house are attached, this rate will apply unless house is separately wired. Accommodation for four or more boarders constitutes a boarding house. Uncontrolled water heaters, on request, will qualify for this rate, provided that in electing to utilise this tariff for water heating the consumer automatically undertakes to remain on the tariff for at least 12 months and to give one month’s notice of any intention to change. Supply charge $4.70 plus all units at 8.485 c each. B. (Billing Code 10) —WATER HEATING Available to all permanently connected water heaters over 12 gallons capacity of the heat storage type used for culinary or ablutionary purposes. All water heater installations on this tariff must comply with New Zealand Standard Specifications 4602 and 4603 and will - be controlled off-peak at the discretion of the Board. All units at 3.378 c each. ■ 8.3 (Billing Code 11).' Available, for all commer- ' cial purposes except controlled water heating between hours of 8 p.m. and 6.30 a.m. All units' at 2.607 c each. Installed load over 5kW, kVA to be measured. Demand charge $3.13 ; per kVA with a minimum of $6.26 plus all all units at 6.975 c. ' C 3 (Billing Code 16). Available to all permanently connected water heaters over 12 gallons capacity of the heat storage type used for culinary or ablutionarv purposes. All water heater, installations on this tariff must comply with N.Z. Standards Specifications, 4602 and 460.>, and will be controlled off peak at the discretion of the Board. FARM TARIFFS E. (Billing Code 18). Applicable to all farm installations. Up to 5kW installed, supply charge $4.70 Plus all units at 8.485 c each.
