The property, situated in the foothills adjacent to the Waimakariri River, comprises 1800 acres of flat land and 5000 acres of hill country. Stock carried include 7700 sheep and 580 head of cattle. A substantial development programme is being undertaken. At present two full time staff are employed together with contractors. The position is best suited to persons with proven ability in stockmanship, as well'as experience in managing a large scale development programme.
