Blankets, tents for Afghans
Tents and blankets will be sent by the United Nations Children’s Fund to Pakistan to provide shelter- for Afghan refugee children. An estimated 333,000 Afghan refugees live in camps in Pakistan. At least half of them are women and children. • . ' The tents and blankets will cost about SUSI4O,OOO. The fund earlier supplied drug and supplementary diet kits for mothers and children, and two vehicles to be used as mobile dispensaries.
