J. Lamond suspended
PA Dunedin Joanne Lamond was suspended for one riding day until March 1 for careless riding at the Otago Racing Club’s meeting on Saturday. Lamond. rider of Darnley Flight, was found to have allowed her mount, to shift in when not sufficiently’ clear at the 20m in the First Janefield Handicap, causing crowding to Trustturn. Darnley Flight, which finished second, was relegated to third and Trusttum promoted to second. Trusttum was crowded and lost his position, at the 800 m,
