The New Zealand sharemarket closed the trading- week on a quiet, firm note tester day. Dunlon N Z rose 45c to 320 c after announcing a large increase m dividend and a higher profit. Fletcher continued to improve among the market leaders, and Healing Industries was the attiaction in the second-line shares. Walker and Hall rose a further 5c to 42ac possibly because investors expect the company to do well after the recent boom in gold and silver prices, lhe NZ U C index closed 0.59 points up at 371.38, for a net loss on the week of l.L_ points.
