A total of 389,206 shares was traded on New Zealand stock exchanges yesterday, including 30,700 special sales. The total was 85,401 fewer than on Thursday. Industrial shares totalled 388.606 (462,857 on Thursday), and 600 mining and oil shares were traded (11,750 on Thursday). A total of 132 issues was traded.
