Aust, market drifts
A rush on diamond stocks proved temporary on Aus, tralian stock exchanges yesterday, as the market wallowed through anothe day of ragged trading and drifting prices. The foreign capital expected after the completion of holidays in New York and Hong Kong failed to show up in the strangth needed to lift the market out of its four-day lull, and : early gains were lost as local buyers shied away.
